Currently it is not possible to release a paid version of a NSFW game on Itch. See here

You get the game for free, as before.

Payment is possible on Patreon and Subscribestar, links a top of page under the game logo.

Let us hope payment processor controversy is resolved soon and Itch.io can get back to sensible policy.

And to remind: Itch.io did not want to block payments for NSFW games, it was forced to do it by payment processors. Blame them, not Itch.io.

You can get early access by clicking the link I posted. But donations/payments are not possible on itch.
