Payment is possible on Patreon and Subscribestar, links a top of page under the game logo.
Let us hope payment processor controversy is resolved soon and Itch.io can get back to sensible policy.
And to remind: Itch.io did not want to block payments for NSFW games, it was forced to do it by payment processors. Blame them, not Itch.io.
