Was really looking forward to the game and honestly it did not disappoint. Levels taught mechanics in a nice organic way, ramping difficulty in a smooth curve and the tentacles were a really nice addition to normal sokoban rulesets.

Graphics were cute, all the sprites were clear, it is kinda a shame that the main menu and level introduction scenes break the 64x64 rule.

I’d love a little beepboop music track for the background and a better set up sfx sound level.

Otherwise the game itself is amazing, super cool entry!

I spent some time hitting my head against some of the limitations of puzzlescript - and ultimately decided to take the hit on the "authenticity" score for a chance to learn puzzlescript and submit something. Oh well!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback - I always value your opinion!! One of the biggest notes I heard during testing was that the jellyfish movement behaviors were a little unclear, and that some of the puzzles were too long. Did the jellies give you any trouble? And do you see any merit to breaking up some of the levels into smaller chunks?

Honestly, I thought the levels are in perfect order, each mechanics seems to have an introduction level then a few that complicates, adds stuff back in. Jellyfish were “tricky” to figure out, but I do believe it is just them touching end of turn is what converts them.
