I don't see the dev making an exception for shemale/dickgirl characters, you can try seeing if someone made Mods.
No idea why this got dislikes for asking a simple question(maybe the wording, or just run of the mill homo/trans phobia), but there is at least 1 mod that adds a good amount of futa content if you're interested as well as quite a few other excellent mods from talented/dedicated fans in the community.
