Not for me, I'm not one to settle for the lesser evil, so to speak. I'd rather being able to keep enjoying the game without level drain.

In case I get misunderstood, I reiterate, I am not against its implementation, I'm simply against it being something forced on the player. Make it a toggle on/off option, or something which is enabled on certain difficulty levels.
One of the things I like the most about the game is being able to "pick my poison", being able to decide what part-advantage/part-disadvantage perks I want my character to have, thanks to the various mistresses.
In that sense, I wouldn't mind something tied to helping Belle with her lactation problem, maybe our character develops some sort of addiction and suffers withdrawal symptoms… but again, it would be an affliction I decide to have.

I hope it will be an optional thing and not something forced on players.
No offense to those who want it, but being punished for wanting to engage with one of the main points of the game (the erotic and defeat scenes) is not my idea of fun.

I understand it makes sense from a lore point of view, but going back and forth between regaining levels and the various scenes gets boring for some players and discourages them from playing.

I need new interactions with Belle, Venefica and Shizu.

"Hello from Russia!

First of all, I would like to warn you that I do not discuss politics and ask that you refrain from discussing it with me as well, in order to avoid violating the platform's rules.

The game is very cool. But there are some points that I would like to consider.

1. Will the game be translated into other languages? I understand that it is a difficult task and there is a lot of text, but is it possible? Not only into Russian.

2. After a certain point, the game becomes boring.

I won't say that the game is easy. But even on a high difficulty level, it's not too hard to play. And when the character is levelled up, only nightmare mode (it should be renamed sweet nightmare) comes to the rescue, because it becomes easy to defeat ordinary opponents. Perhaps this is just right for some people. But I would like a higher difficulty level. How to achieve this: give enemies more spirit and more stamina. Increase their characteristics. And let them surpass the hero. Also, introduce nightmare mode automatically. Less loot, more difficult battles. Make some of the acquired perks irreversible. Also, for every 10 fetish points earned when defeated (not in battle - not counted), 1 should be made irreversible, and then sooner or later the fetish will be 100, and nothing can be done. Raising the price of resetting stats doesn't make sense - it's easy to earn money in the game.

3. There is disappointingly little content for the dark perpetua."

Bought and played through this yesterday.

It was good. Looking forward to updates.

I don't see the dev making an exception for shemale/dickgirl characters, you can try seeing if someone made Mods.

Game has a Wiki with various walkthroughs. - https://monstergirldreams.miraheze.org/wiki/Main_Page

Sorry for the double comment, but I've been reading that the suckers at itch.io have removed purchased adult games from users' collections with no refunds whatsoever. Is that true? Extra scummy of them.

I suppose this is due to pressuring from payment processors others have been receiving? Still, disgusting to see, give me a filter to enable NSFW search.

I guess your best hope would be to find someone who kept them. It doesn't look like they're maintained here on itch.io, understandably so.

Saves like those don't work when you move to a different version, there's a reason the developer reminds users to make sure their save is in town square in every update article.

Long story short, you fucked up and broke your saves.

I could receive hate for what I'm about to say, but I think that a developer needs to stop extending the olive branch, at some point: this web page clearly states what kind of game MGD is, those who download it should prepare themselves to put in a modicum of effort, at the least.
It's still an RPG, one is supposed to "grind it out" and eventually become strong enough to defeat the opponent he/she struggles with.

What I'm trying to say is: the developer is putting in a lot of work into making his/her game an enjoyable RPG (with a sexual twist/theme/veil on its mechanics), those who don't even want to put in a bit of effort into earning the lewd stuff they're after are better off playing something else.
Respect the product you're downloading.

When there's an important update:

In order to not lose progress, you first create a backup copy of save folder (located in "game" folder)->Download the new/most recent version of the game.->Move your save there.

For smaller stuff (like bug fixing/minor things between versions), developer tends to release Patch Data which you can download on the update's article.

EDIT:
As far as I know, the game does not update automatically.

Not much. Check the stores and arcade, try the small fry fight added with the recent update… other than that, you've pretty much reached end of currently available content.

I need new enemies to lose to/fight.

I wish you good luck in your mission.

What if there's no unique dialogue because the creator never thought someone would have tried an "as close as possible to a no-level run"? Wouldn't be the first time folks tried to look for something which simply isn't there.

For Dark Perpetua, she's weak to aphrodisiacs, take advantage of that and go as far as using Manticore spikes, if you still struggle.

As already implied, she's weak to Aphrodisiacs and the likes. Anyway, what I was going for with my previous message was more: A terrible idea idea to save right before boss fights, more importantly, overwriting your save with that.  Always keep a save at the main town plaza, you might lose some progress, but as a silver lining…  upon failure/hitting a  roadblock, you can always reload and come back better prepared.

You screwed yourself over on your own, that's not an issue of the game.

You needed to be wiser, instead. Always keep a backup.

Why would there be one? Aside from a few CGs here and there, scenes are text-based.

I don't know which platform you play on, but on PC you simply copy the saves folder (found in game folder).

That would require a lot of rewrite for the amount of scenes and moves/interactions in the game.

In case the mod is for an older version of the game, it might not work on a newer one.

I'm not the author of the game, I'm simply someone who copy->pasted that portion off the game blog.

I'm not the one you should direct that question at.

1. Venefica at full power in her normal form says "Hi" with her 4444 arousal stat.
Remember, this is still a role-playing game, you're going to need to grind a bit… eventually (well, this applies to the average, heard the dev managed to beat her while being severely under-levelled during testing, but keyword: dev).

Wanting animated scenes in a text-based battle fuck RPG, haha.

Gracias!

Has there been any kind of information about what can we expect to see at the Capital, once it gets more fleshed out? I do like surprises, but I'm starved for content. I wouldn't mind seeing the likes of Shizu in a more… casual setting.

(1 edit)

Use "Analyze" to discover the real Shizu and focus on her, she has better stats than her clones,

Hm. Can't you keep a copy of your saves?

I've been able to download it from the Discord Post.

Honestly speaking, I'm not sure. Maybe the Foot Fetish increases the rate at which she uses that move? I know that when you lose to Shizu at the dojo, you can choose to engage in Foot Play training with her Kunoichi and that increases the Foot Fetish.

Referring to Bowing to the Mountain? In that case, it's still there.

Copy the "saves" folder, located in "game" folder.

You'd need to talk to the one who created that mod, not the game's creator.

You're lucky, I've yet to see the new harpy scene at the Inn.

Still pretty barebones. A boss fight which serves as introduction to the Capital and a couple of scenes, if I recall correctly.
