No idea why this got dislikes for asking a simple question(maybe the wording, or just run of the mill homo/trans phobia), but there is at least 1 mod that adds a good amount of futa content if you're interested as well as quite a few other excellent mods from talented/dedicated fans in the community.
As someone who loves the gameplay and the characters, seeing you yap about wanting to kill characters in MGD makes me kinda sick. Maybe take your toxic opinions and complaints elsewhere and just watch porn dude, you clearly aren't interested in the game or it's characters. Set the game to easy difficulty, reset your sensitivity, and grow a heart. I would say try Trials in Tainted Space or either of the Corruption of Champions games if you want a less chill experience or you're just that set on having the option to kill people sometimes in bfrpgs, but if you don't like losing to mostly sweet monster girls, you would hate losing in those.
Back up your saves and re download the game, then add the mods again. Sometimes modding just breaks stuff(maybe some are conflicting?), its just a part of the process.
I'm on Android as well and have lots of mods, but I've never experienced this issue so I'd assume either the mod was outdated, conflicting with another mod, or maybe there was a mistake made. Either way redownloading the game(and keeping your save!)should work, try adding and testing the mods one at a time so find which of them is the problem. Hope this helps.
