As others have said, the tension and the atmosphere are the stand-outs here. I'm afraid I only had time to play through the first loop, so here are a few thoughts from that:
- It must be a rule of nature that every indie dev has to use this palette at least once. It's a good'un!
- It's a little hard to make out what's being said - optional subtitles would be great.
- The voice acting is very well done! That, combined with the SHODAN-esque distortions on the phone call, make it genuinely quite creepy.
- "Not a bad little house" I've seen tanker ships with less floorspace than this place.
- That moment I heard those footsteps behind me, my heart went into my extremeties.
