What a rude way to react to react towards constructive criticism, especially when it's phrased as a respectful "I felt like xyz"-statement (in a comment where a player mentions things they enjoyed about the game as well as things they felt could be improved). 

If it's on purpose, that seems even worse.
Why would you intentionally make getting into a game more difficult? This is just counter-productive Game-Design.
Small tip for the future:
As a game-dev. you should be able to accept criticism, and not blame your players for anything. It is not their responsibility to understand a game like you want them to.
