You did an really solid one with making all the graphics and animations! Good job!

And I think the idea is pretty interesting on a concept level.

However, I had to watch Zackavelli's stream and your explanations to understand how it was suppose to function though, only then did the loop start to make sense as a game. My main feedback is the same, that the lack of indicators really makes it hard to understand what is actually going on (especially the timer).

You have already heard about the hit-feedback and controller conventions, so I will just mention that as you jump in it is a bit confusing that there is so much loot, but you can't pick it up. I think bonepiles and dust would be a better indicator for the corpses you are too clean. Just floating skulls don't scream cleaning up to me :). (and I get you probably just didn't have time for it, but a broom sweeping animation would do a lot for the clean up stage).

I watched during the stream and when  you were explaining some of the things that werent apparent I was like "oooooh thats sick". I really like a lot of the ideas that you had they just werent clearly stated. Otherwise, its a cool game with a cool concept.

Dang, I loaded it on my Parallels (software to run windows on a Mac) and it just showed a blue screen with a sword and magic. I could swing the sword and cast the spell, but I saw nothing but what looked to be a blue sky. Sorry!

I did watch the stream from Zack and it looked pretty good. It made me think of a game where you have two thieves in a house. The first thief rummages through the house and then gets into the get away car. The second thief has to make the house look like no one was there in a short amount of time. Looked fun!

Can you make a WebGL build? As a general rule I don't play itch games unless it's in browser, even from players I trust.

Same, unfortunately

Developer

Unfortunately Unreal 5 doesn't support WebGL as they dropped it midway through Unreal 4.

I too had the feeling I couldnt do any damage to enemies in the second level, so I did and had to kill the game in order to restart it.

That aside, a nice idea - in addition to killing enemies, you have to remember where you went so you won't miss anything when playing as Marty. I liked the art, too. Well done!

I couldn't figure out how to hit enemies without them hitting me at least once as well. So effectively I never got past 4 kills and couldn't play as Marty, unfortunately. I may need to spend a bit more time on this.

One thing I found a bit tedious was that there was seemingly no way to restart the game when Andy dies, so I had to forcibly close the game and restart it.

Overall looks very nice, but I sure wish I could've progressed a bit further.

Heya really loved the art of this game!

The goal of the game was a bit confusing for me and at the 2nd lvl i couldnt attack the enemies? (might be a bug)
Anyways loved the art and the style of the game!

I appreciate the feedback! The game loop is incomplete at the moment and wasn't fully playtested. The lich was suppose to be a boss character at the end of level 2 with far more health than the regular enemies which leads to a punishing level. We're looking to smooth that out for the next build!
