Nice concept, I like it a lot! It definetely hits you with a lot of info that's hard to take in at first, but there's a lot of strategy after you're done experimenting. Sometimes it still feels a bit hard for me to tell what an action is going to do, maybe there could be a preview or an undo button?

It takes a while to get the hang of the rules, and I had a little bit of trouble figuring out what some of the UI was trying to tell me; but once I understood everything, this was a fun time! Honestly, I almost feel like I should play more of this just to have a more complete experience. I also think it's pretty neat how much this feels like a proper board game, complete with a "board game"-like story. Good job!

Thank you both so much for playing!

I actually spent a lot of time thinking about how to guide players clearly. I knew the rules might be a bit complicated, and I tried to address that through the UI and in-game rules. That said, time was tight (as always with jams!), and there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement. I did manage to add a destination preview, but perhaps an 'outcome action preview' would be even more useful. I hadn’t thought of an undo button, I’d love to explore how to achieve it.

Really appreciate your thoughtful comments T^T, and I’m glad you both found something fun in the loop :D

No problem! Time is always an issue, we know T^T
