Can you give a bit more information? What stage of the quest are you at? Where are you? What is blocking you? I can't really tell what you are dealing with from the phrase 'blocked off', that could be too many things
I'm on the quest where your traveling to the residence of the queen bee, but there is an angel and a fence telling me that the area is still in development
