Interesting concept, the loop spell could've been more clearly explained. When enemies chase you, they should probably move slower, especially the first time you're required to use that mechanic.

The enemy's behaviour is naturally looped moving along a repeated path left to right.
Casting the "loop spell" actually seems to break that loop and lock the monster into a single state.
Maybe this was meant to be interpreted as creating a logical infinite loop? But this would not be understood by average gamers.
