How does your game fit the theme?
The way I chose to interpret the theme is that when the player goes off one side of the screen, they end up on the other side of the screen, both horizontally and vertically

The retro art really worked for me!  the mazes were fun to navigate!

Fun idea, nice art and I like the retro feeling!

Wow there are so many levels!

Very polished and fun to play, I love how you introduce new mechanics little by little, and I'm impressed by how much content this game has, including a boss at the end.

Visuals are top notch. Gameplay is quite straightforward, yes, but it definitely gets the job done. The only minimal feedback I'd give is that the running button being the same as the picking up items button sometimes make you regrab items accidentally on your way out. Oh, and the movements of the boss perhaps should've been telegraphed a bit better.

This is one of my faves so far, it doesn't explore the theme wildly but it does an incredible job of creating a full-fledged and cohesive piece of art. Great job! It reminded me of old-school pc-engine platformers.

Very fun game! I like the looping of the levels and the way they're utilized in gameplay. The game feels polished and with a good amount of content (30 small levels is nothing to scoff at). I guess now we gotta fight to the death for the best looping tower platformer

Very cool game, I like the variety in the levels!

Only thing I'd say is that the trampoline sfx gets a bit annoying, also the boss got bugged for me and slammed with both hands at the same time

Really great game especially for the first game jam. Really enjoyed overall but boss felt bit unfair because of the timing of when hands are going to come down but not a big problem.
Nice job.

This was really fun! Very polished, and does the retro aesthetic properly. I liked the variation in both aesthetics and mechanics as I progressed up the tower (though, I think the bounce pad section maybe went on a little long - I might have preferred a few more block puzzle rooms instead of ~10 bounce pad ones). Maybe that sense of progression could be improved by giving the new areas new music tracks, as well, though of course given it’s a jam game it’s understandable there’s only one.

The boss was a fun way to wrap it up; though, I think it might be better if there were stronger feedback when you got hit. Right now, it just fades to black without ceremony, which maybe feels a little awkward.

Nice work on this! Had a good time playing through it.

I do be having a bit of a skill issue with this game but its still very good, especially the art I really like the art

I couldn't beat the boss fight after making it to the top.
