Hyao, I don't know if you're aware but Itch Io is shadowbanning (and in some cases removing) all adult or nsfw tagged games.
You probably should have the files of the game saved somewhere, in case that Itch Io hits you
This is not the case for LD as they use Patreon instead to process payments for the latest build. Only games who use itchio to handle payments are affected as of now.
that's only something they did recently, originally Itch deindexed ALL adult games.
but you are right patreon works around it since you don't directly pay Itch
