How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
Special Object is frog's eggs. Theme is Automation and Idle game is clearly the best way to do this kind of theme (for us).
Now, how does it works ? You get eggs from the red button. Eggs will hatch on their own or by clicking on it. Tadpoles will evolve and get ready to find a new house. Since you have place for them, they'll move in and start producing eggs. Then the cycle goes on !

Okay, gotta say this was better than I thought it would be.
First off, the art is very charming and peaceful. Plus, those animations of the frogs swimming up to the lily pads! My favorite is the pink flower. background is amazing and I love the thumbnail here.
Music is awesome here, not annoying at all and that woodland calming background that comes in with birds chirping. Love the noise when you upgrade.
The special object as frog eggs is very unique!
Only issues: Sometimes the tadpoles would glitch at the top of water doing a wig dance hehe and I think 16k frogs is a craaaazzy amount but definitely can imagine this being played on a very long road trip ride with some kid playing it on their phone.
Suggestion: It would be really cool if there were like some mini games! To earn more tadpole eggs.
UI is great here too. It’s very polished.

Overall great job on this game. It’s simple and fun. I really want to get to 16k eggs but I think it take me like 3+ hours lol. I saw the win screen at the bottom comments and I love the win screen too man, so fun and chill. I hope you guys get high rankings! You knocked it out the park with this. Great job on the game jam and I wish you luck on the game jam!
(I also want to appreciate the mute button for music and sounds since that can annoy the hell out of people. Very smart move to add that)
Thanks to take time for this long feedback and for playing! Yeah, 16k is something and can’t be done on browser due to optimization issues. but some of our friend did it in like ~30/35 min on the executable version so we thought it was ok? We so after that It’s still a bit long for a jam and we apologize for that.
We will do some improvement after the jam, I hope this game will be better after this.

Wow. This is a really well polished, fun, complete game. Love the art, music, everything really. Very engaging and fun. If I had any complaint, it would be the tiny close button on the lily pad upgrade menu. Could you make it a little bigger? Or perhaps let escape or Q or something close the menu?

really funny game and nice idea with the egg frogs (most of us went for the ez chicken eggs jajajaja). Cute graphics and fun, it got a bit laggy when i started having lots of lil frogs (idk how their called :p) but a very nice job :D

Great game, lots of fun and unique take on the egg special object. The frogs also look so cute in their various abodes. I actually tried to get to 16k but for some reason unknown to me once I hit 15k my small tadpoles started disappearing instead of growing into bigger tadpoles. Still had a good time though.
did you played with executable version or browser?
I played in browser, I didn’t see the line warning against it till after.

The fact that the egg is a frog egg - great thinking :) the vibe and chillness of this game is nice - I can see wanting to keep my frog pond open on my second monitor just to get to 16k!

Really love the art and audio for this game, It's really simple but excellently made, My only complaint is I wish I could hold down the button to spawn the frog eggs and that the automation was a bit more implemented.

My memory isn't the greatest so I sorta glanced at the instructions, read them, didn't follow the arrows right then got thrown into a warzone without any gear. Soon figured it out though.
