This game is amazing for its art and sounds and the overall aesthetics, well done!

There's a great amount of polish here, but the thing I want to see improve is the combat mechanics themselves. I just think they are a little bit too difficult to time your clicks against the stars. Furthermore, your character kinda deal a minuscule amount of damage, and the battles feel like it drags out too much and loses its charming nature.

Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback, also commented on your game! Regarding the combat, did you feel like the quick-time events were too fast?

It’s not too fast per se I suppose, more like “hmm why couldn’t this be buttons pressed instead?” QTE with mouse clicks feel kinda weird and unintuitive to play to me, because not only you have you time your clicks against the game, you also have to drag your cursor to the position in the first place.

That's totally fair and very valuable feedback! Honestly it crossed my mind during development that it was a bit odd that the QTE were the only times that the player was required to use the mouse and it might feel a bit jarring control-wise. I really wanted to make the game controller-friendly and have the QTE tied to controller buttons but unfortunately didn't have time to implement. Will be taking your feedback into account if we expand the game in the future though! I will try to find a way to make it button-friendly on PC as well :)
