Same issue here, and the itch.io team is utterly unresponsive :( for three weeks now. Some algorithm flagged my account as spam, even though I can't find even the slightest hint as to why that was in all my messages up to a year back. They haven't even informed me which post(s) triggered the algortithm.
How long should I grant the support team to respond?
