removed the 3rd hero and bought a new hero. but the first hero lost all gear from that action. its not in inventory.
I wasn't able to reproduce this bug where you removed the third hero and lost it's items, they should go to the inventory, please check if you had any filters enabled at the bottom, just left of the inventory :)
on the missing gear:
there were only the 5 items from the 3rd hero after i removed him. i have not used filters yet.
