Hard to understand at first but pretty fun after you got it. The animation is amazing, it would be great to have an indicator that you are moving cause its hard to understand. Very fun concept, nice work!
Very unique idea, I liked the gameplay. I think it could benefit from a hold to shoot control. Good job on the entry!
A neat idea, I like that it even gives the people names as you go through their organs, a nice touch.
I realized after a short while though that I could just hold down space and the organ would die before anything could reach me, I think just increasing the organs health bars would solve this so you have to make decisions based on fighting/dodging/eating.
If you had some textured backgrounds to represent each organ it will help with the feeling of moving around.
Other than that I also liked the sprite art for the bacteria and anti bodies.
I missed some music and agreed with the comment that said that it was kinda hard to tell if I was moving and all that, fun game tho! GJ :)
I found I could just hold spacebar and autowin several if not all levels.
But I like the overall idea. Hopefully you can expand and work on the balance after the jam?
Pretty cool! It was hard to tell if you were moving or where you were going because the background was a flat green colorrect. Also if it had music it would be so awesome!
Pretty nice game! At first glance, I thought we were moving through random parts of human body, only later I noticed, that these are actually organs of the same human XD
More enemy variety, organs-exlusive enemies would also be great and as majikarpette mentioned, a visual of a legit floor we're moving on.
Also, you can press space at the beginning of the level, sometimes enemies won't be able to catch to ya and you can skip organs entirely this way.
Love the existing sprites that you have! I wish there was some sort of floor I'm moving on. With it being blank, my movement feels more restrained than it should be.
