Ha big "none pizza left beef" energy. One of my favorite jam games was Hyperthread, which is kind of a mix between a clicker style game which you use to build resources to fight weird monsters. I really want to get back to that one some day. I moved to Godot earlier this year and have been slowly getting more familiar with it.

Wait hold on this sounds absolutely sick, I'm going to need to check this out in a bit. I love the art direction from the screenshots. I've always wanted to do a clicker style game so that might be something I try next GWJ honestly! I recently moved to Godot myself, my past 2 jams were my first 2 games I've made in Godot and I've been loving the engine, the community alone has made me so happy to have moved over from Unreal. I think Godot is going to be my home for a while now
I'll definitely at least check out the video! I know how you feel, even if I want to work on the game I made for this jam, it's going to need a LOT of refactoring since towards the end I had to pull out all of the jank LMAO But I still learned a lot from it so it was well worth the duct tape solutions
