Yeah I probably should've put more of a tutorial, my bad haha. Killing the falling guys gives you seeds, which you plant by pressing Q on a pot you have unlocked. Once its grown, you get an ingredient for the order. I'll add to the description of the game to hopefully alleviate more confusion
