I'm late to the party on this one, but man was this awesome to play. I'd love to see it more fleshed out, more eerie, spooky music etc etc.
I could see this being a paid indie title on steam where you deliver pizzas but have to gauge if you die to a customer or not.

The driving felt pretty solid too, albeit a little "floaty". Still felt good.

Well done!

Cool game! Very creative concept and well done. Some of those driving sections were brutally long. If they were trimmed down a bit it'd really improve the experience. But overall really well done! Great game!

This is a very strong entry! I loved the art style, and the city is so big and fun to explore. The car controls are a bit clunky, but I think it works well for most of the game and adds a lot of tension. I also appreciate the detail of having to start the car ignition, which makes the spooky moments feel much more intense. The plot was also well crafted!

I believe the car is the strongest aspect of this game, but it also holds the experience back for me. I liked how the car can unflip itself, that feature was very helpful and definitely needed! However, it was too easy to get the car stuck on the curb in the starting city, and I had to restart the game multiple times because of this issue. The ending sequence with the obstacle course was also nearly impossible with the clunky car controls. It took me forever to get through it.

To improve this, I suggest that players should start at the beginning of the chase section rather than all the way back at the house. This change would make it much quicker to retry and would eliminate one of my main sources of frustration.

Another minor issue is that the gear shift mechanic can be a bit annoying at times. I understand that you can’t shift into reverse while moving in a real car without the engine stalling, but in this game, it can be frustrating to switch into reverse gear. Some more lenience on this would have been nice.

Despite my issues with some of the car mechanics, I think this was a very strong game. It was one of the only entries that successfully instilled true dread in me while playing. Great work! I’m definitely interested in seeing where you take this game or what you do next!
