also for some reason i only see in my corner of the screen and abt half is black

as silverwolf mentioned, losing to the bosses of the 3rd zones (glacier/volcano/wasteland) cause game overs regardless of how many wounds you have. I'm not sure whats going on with the screen there though, are you running browser or downloaded? also was that fullscreened?
