there are some broken fights here and there semi often. the only way to get out is to close the game.
at one point i got to a tier 6 city but then the enemies destroyed me
btw, it's kinda weird when the "lore" mentions that the city is completely out of food or any specific good, and then you go to the market and it's full of it for sale.
