If it's RPG Maker MV, then you need to use Arrow Keys to navigate the menu.
oh, yea It works with keys, so used to mouse. I was wondering what engine this was from, never opened an RPG Maker file before.

It's actually MZ, but we decided to disable mouse input because some puzzles became too complicated that way. Best regards!
