I completed all the levels, I like the music during the ending cutscene.

The game could have been found on an old NES cartridge, it perfectly looks, sounds and plays like a NES game. I can't state that enough as with some other entries which kind of do I can't help but wonder if what's happening on the screen would be as smooth on an actual console, here I have 0 doubt it would work exactly the same, I think it's one of the strongest games of the jam in that regard. And I like how it looks, I like how it sounds and I like how it plays. The game mixes well known mechanics into a unique one which is very fun to apprehend and works very well. I'll reiterate that it's exactly a mechanic you could have find on an NES cartridge, and the levels make good use of it.

I faced the negative princess thing a couple of times which was confusing the first times but eventually didn't matter much as what might take time is figuring out to beat a level (although in practice it never gets that hard) but never executing it. Also if I'm getting harsh I would say I was left hungry for more as the game ends before you gets to face one proper hard puzzle which gives you hard time, but what I got was already very fun.

Great one!

Thanks for such a detailed comment! I'm glad I hit the NES feel well, I've never attempted anything in this style before so it's good to hear it worked. Yeah that negative princesses bug really sucks, I agonised for hours trying to fix it and mostly did (it used to be a lot worse than it is now!) but I still couldn't fully iron it out. I'm hoping I can find a solution if I come back to the project after voting ends. I'm glad you were hungry for more, that's really encouraging! I was really uncertain on the difficulty of the levels because I knew them so well and hadn't got any other playtesters, though in general I wanted to keep things relatively simple for the jam, but if I decide to make more in the future I'll definitely increase the difficulty as the levels progress. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it.
