While waiting, you can make sure all your tax info is valid and current.
Itch does a bad job of notifying you about specific problems. Probably because they do not do such things directly, but have an external company do that. I think some people have had the mails from that external service in their spam folder or something similar.
I remember one case where someone cried havoc how Itch was stealing his money or whatever. Turned out that the tax info was 3 years old and therefore outdated.
