Congrats on your first game! Really nice mechanic. A highscore or something similar would be nice to track how the player is doing! :)
I like how your mechanics transport the message that acting early in a pandemic (and isolating cases) is in fact the most effective! Relevant to the topic and current state of the world!
Good work! I like the art, the mechanics of dragging are nice, I also recently start on game dev, 48 hours is really limited, is easy to overshoot and not finish the game, I enjoyed playing it. But I couldn't win any level. haha

When I read the rules I was a little scared when I heard it.
At the beginning of the game, I thought that the red blobs want to jump from the island
but everything is okay they are alive!
Haha, Well red blobs jumping off the island would be a solution..but not really ethical :)
