I did have fun, yes!

The slimes didn't seem very happy about being used as bounce pads, but the snails were delighted to be used as transports.

The tutorial section is especially well done, showing the player everything they need to succeed and making sure they know how to do it. The arrows during the stages themselves might be overkill for a commercially released game, but as a jam game they were greatly appreciated.

There were a couple times I fell to my doom because I thought I was going to land on a solid object, only for it to turn out to be part of the background. One was a large rock which was admittedly different from anything I'd landed on before, but the other had all the appearances of other solid platforms.

Thank you very much! We’re really glad you enjoyed the game. It feels amazing to know that people are having fun with something you created.
We're sorry you had trouble with the background elements. It's our first time designing a 2D side-scroller, let alone a platformer, and we missed that part. Apparently, when you design the level yourself, it’s obvious to you what’s in the background and what’s in the foreground, but not necessarily for the player.
We’re planning to continue developing the game after the jam, and that’s one of the things we definitely plan to fix.
