hello,

I’ve written this before but I’ve getting to the point where I’m considering abandoning my ItchIO account:

my last 3 payouts are pending since January, I’m not able to initiate payouts for my balance. I’ve written the support several times from my registered mail address but they claim I’m not a registered user (seems that they differentiate between the domain googlemail.com and gmail.com) I’m run out of option and this is my final attemp to try to get my money.

The rules of this category tell you what else you can try.

No, actually they don't since it's either the board or the email support. Both of them are obviously are not working and honestly, its a matter of respect too...I dedicated a certain amount of my income to ItchIO because I wanted to support the indie community as well and therefore you treat me like this? Sorry but this "one-liner / fuck off" attitude against your members really is just more encouraging  me to leave. If it was just a few hundred bugs that I won't be able to get payed out I would have simply just left and wouldn't make a big deal out of it but I won't toss a few Ks. So please just pay me out and I won't bother you again.

The forum is answered by the community, not by Itch staff. The moderator is not an Itch employee; he's a volunteer community moderator, and therefore, no one here can help you.

The only way to help is for the moderator to bring your case to the administrator's attention, and they can only do that if you share the ticked ID. This is explained in the rules, which you don't want to bother reading. I understand you're upset, but that won't help you here, because again, Itch staff don't read this forum.

Yes, they do. Specifically, the line that says,

If you still need to make a topic about a Support Request, you must include your ticket ID with your message.

Please follow the proper steps so I can help you.

The ticket ID is: 256901

I've let our admins know.

Thank you very much
