This is actually a very big problem. The itch io support isn't there. I've struggled with this problem too and it needs fix.

Thank you for your response. I have read all the rules and explained everything I know in my email, including using #wrapper, etc. However, the problem is that I haven’t received any response to my report, and I didn’t see any indication of what to do next. If the only option is to email Itch support, then I will do that.
