nice idea for the Jam :)
I think there is an issue where the plants always grow to the next level regardless of how many have been cut? So the game never gets over 3900 for me, which probably depends on browser speed for everyone from what the other comments seem to say. Im assuming they were supposed to grow back from the bottom maybe? Still, its a fun simple idea and the visuals are nice!

Unfortunately game have some bug.
i'm not sure if it's an issue on my part, but i can't get the game to work. the plants grow from nothing if cut them and the game always ends at 2236 score. i tried on multiple browsers but it just won't work. that being said i can see it being fun if fixed, and the art is wonderful.
The plant graphics are really cute! 3900 is really good -- I'm having a hard time breaking 3000 (skill issue on my part). I can never get the best of that top row of fronds, I'm usually just a skosh too slow at breaking all 6 before the next 6 spawn...
