Umm.. Perhaps a silly question, but..
There are bot mods to increase intelligence. But since bots with too high intelligence are not legal, why isn't there a mod to actually lower it?

The idea is send your bots to the illegal arcades. There's no real need or benefit to only restrict yourself to the legal places. I honestly never found a need to purposely increase their intelligence though; just getting up to gen 3 parts with an appropriate shell makes them quite profitable already.
