You know, this is ultimately an RPG in my opinion. So things like voluntarily role playing a guy who wants to stick to the rules as much as possible would be nice.
Well nothing says you can't; you just have to play around what you've got. If you're worried about them escaping, you just need some high grade immobilizer parts to get their escape chance down to zero and they're set for life.
