There probably should be a computer for Dr. Margaret to order supplies/spend money, as well as offices for the other two doctors to allow for some sort of interactions (place items in their offices/read e-mails off of their computers to complete quests or add lore).

It would be nice to get some sort of indication which actions will advance time, maybe with a (+1h) in the action text.  I got stuck a few times- once at 11 AM where the 'wank' rooms were locked and I couldn't figure how to advance time, and after restarting I somehow managed to get into the wank rooms but got stuck at 12PM trying to prep the samples (despite the tried and true method of using the sample on every single item in multiple rooms).

Definitely looking forward to the development of this game.

I expect to see some choice in the dialog where you can push patients to more desire or be afraid of multiples, or to overeat/undereat.  Also a medicine system where you administer growth factors, fertility meds, BE drugs to adjust patient's pregnancy- perhaps with penalties if the patient isn't willing, or ways to lie.

Basically I expect development of this game to become a fount of medical malpractice and I'm here for it!

There is a floor of rooms you haven't been able to access yet. Every clean, fresh and pleasant place in my games needs a seedy underbelly. The lab under the lab will be fun, just starting things off on the nicer and less morally questionable side.

Sorry for the confusion. This is still an early slice of the full game, so you can't finish day 1 yet. for 0.1 my plan is to let the player finish day one, and get a little surprise at the end to hint at darker side of things.

I like your computer ideas, I just need to figure out what exactly to use it for and how to implement it.

Plan is to have a sound chime when you advance time. A bit of text wouldn't be hard to implement for those playing with the sound off.

Oh, I figured things wouldn't progress very far.  I just wasn't certain if I was stuck because 1) the next step wasn't programmed yet 2) I couldn't find out how to proceed or 3) there was a bug that prevented me from progressing.

It seems like you have a solid base to build upon.  Now hopefully you meet all of your goals by the Game Jam deadline!
