Been away from this game for a while, again. Progressing very nicely.

I like the new characters, Madison and Nathan. Was pleasantly surprised that Nathan has a romance route. Ws also surprised that Uni is not in the US. The city seems culturally very US-ish. I had thought that Uni was maybe in southern California, given it's climate. Now you have me wondering.

For giggles, I decided to try to see how quickly I could get to 100 corruption and still work in the cafe. Did require doing the carwash and doing the "special" wash. I did notice that it requires 40 corruption to accept the offer while the guide states 20.

During my corruption "speed test", I skipped the romances to see how early Nathan would ask for a date. I had thought that after all the other romance routes had been locked out, the Nathan events would happen earlier, but they didn't.

Also noted that Nathan and Madison were away for 3 weeks, not 2 weeks as they said it was going to be.

Also, I'd like to suggest changing the Club 22 route to lead a regular job as a stripper instead of the prostitution and shutdown. Possibly with asking the current romance partner about the job offer, or having to "confess" being a club stripper when being asked to be another's girlfriend. Maybe "corrupt" Kate could be brought into it as well.

Not sure how the others might react, but when I was a RL university student, I did do amateur night at a club and was offered a job. My RL girlfriend sometimes did amateur night with me, so was supportive when I told her I was offered a job there.

Yep, Uni is set in a fictional island nation north of Hawaii and south of Alaska, because of it's location it has blends of Asian and American cultures. The island itself is a bit larger than Japan, and was largely uninhabited until WW2.

The worldbuilder in me certainly wanted to a whole climate analysis and map out the topography, but that's a lot of work for a place very very few players will want or care to know about.

I'll pass along the info and make sure the guide is updated! Thank you!

Adding in a new route to the game similar to the other main routes that include the conflicts and major intertwining of events is difficult so for Nathan he becomes a option only when you've locked yourself out of all the other routes. Because of this that means his romantic events start when all the other routes are close to their route-locks. Working on Nathan was a lot of fun and definitely is the more complex of the characters we have, however, he did throw off the balance we had with male/female options, but I felt that we really needed to have a "kate-like" male romance option.

A stripclub full route was once considered, but it has a lot of similarities to the bar (corruption) route and the game is already massive enough as it is.

What are your thoughts on the soundtrack?

The sound track is nice and makes a very good background to the play. Good work.

Interesting idea of having an island nation for Uni. A placement near Hawaii would fit Uni well. So, you did your world building job successfully.

I very much appreciate the Nathan route. He's sweet and not creepy. While I still like Damian, I think I like Nathan more. Thank you for adding him.

BTW, I can easily imagine talking with a RL version of Madison asking me how I got Nathan to date me. My answer would be "You pointing out to us what a good couple we would be. Thank you very much."

My thought on a possible strip club route is that is would be a middle ground between a normal job and the bar's prostitution. The RL club I worked treated us well. The owner was an MBA graduate of the same university I attended and was very supportive of the students who worked for her. As for any questions of age restrictions, the customers had to be 21+, but the dancers/strippers only 18+. This was because the owner didn't want to worry about serving alcohol to underage customers but did not, for safety reasons, allow the dancers/strippers to partake alcohol - not even the 21+ ones. (One 22yr old I know of was fired for drinking alcohol while on duty.)
