I am not, actually. First time I have heard that. What version did you download, on what operating system? (I tried downloading all Fluffy Moth the builds on firefox and chrome, let me download without a problem)
Downloaded Lordling of Hearts - 64bit Windows.zip on Windows 11; Google Chrome has default security settings. I cannot replicate the issue now that I let the file through, and for either that reason or another, none of the others are getting flagged. If it's not happening to you or others, it's probably not a concern, but still worth noting at least. Maybe just something to keep an eye on. I've never had it happen with another file from itchio, so I doubt it was the site itself. Just wanted to let you know incase it ever became important!
