I know right? I’m thinking about re-making some of my own itch product images for my Games/Game Assets with this Box Art style just for funzies! This game’s Box Art image looks epic! really makes you just wanna try the game out with how well it grabs your attention!

I might just re-make some of my other game asset product images that I don’t want/need to replace (since they’re doing just fine in terms of sales) and I’ll just post the re-modeled product images onto my Instagram for fun… but some of the products I have on itch don’t have a product image (yet…) so I’ll make those while I’m at it…

Well I know what I’ll be doing this week now lolz! This will be fun!

Can you share the relevant psd files or something? I also want to try to make some boxart.

Well I personally don’t use Photoshop for these types of graphics… I use the paid tier of Canva which is Canva Pro… Sorry, but there isn’t any option to export a Canva Design as a PSD file…

Also, I wouldn’t be using a template to make these Box Art images… well… not someone else’s template at least… I will likely end up making a custom template Design in Canva and just duplicate the template Design and rename the duplicate and then start editing that…

That said, I might actually create a couple YouTube Tutorial Videos for how to make a game Box Art image for itch product pages sometime this week since this seems to be something people might want a tutorial for…

If I do end up making a tutorial video for this ^^ I’ll share the link here if that’s OK with the owner of this page…

NOTE TO THE DEV: I’ll wait until YOU give the OK before I share the link to such a tutorial video here. I don’t wanna step on you toes with that…

I found a perfect solution: imagemagic. With command line support provided by the open source library, you can synthesize images without relying on any commercial paid solutions. You only need to provide the basic assets.

Maybe I can post a tutorial myself, I know how to do it

I finished making my own Canva Template for Box Art style product images.

I’m working on making the product images for my own products here on itch right now.

Might take a little bit before I finish all of them since I’m still working on my commercial video game project while I’m making these new product images… but I’ll slowly but surely be replacing/adding the product images for my products!😁

Just wanted to respond to your msg here before I forgot @2Plaer
