On day 3, the rouge that uses a whip stops by. No matter what she carries, it always requires a boob potion. Is that intentional?

The whip is a Melee (warrior) weapon. I confused that too.

Whip is a melee weapon AND a rope. Melee just means “close ranged weapon”.
