No, at the current moment ores don't respawn, but I already know about this problem and hope to solve it for the next update.
Can you please describe in more details what quest can't be completed?
All trade items spawn with a certain chance, and in the beginning of the each game day trader's items are refreshed. And taking Yotra's workbench sounds like a bug... I'll check it.
If you mean items that can be crafted on workbench then no, but I will add more in the future updates. But if mean crafting food/alchemy items then yes, and you can buy some new recipes from traders.

Great! When the new version is released, will I be able to use my current save in any way, or will I have to start from scratch?

The "Fog in the Head" quest doesn’t disappear, and the characters no longer have any dialogue related to it. Since I didn’t ask about it at the beginning, I think I might have unintentionally locked its progress. As for the Shaartan's Bear Feeding quest, it is marked as complete, but there’s no dialogue option to finalize it.

Ah, the merchant mechanic is interesting! For a moment, I thought the item would never reappear, and I got a bit frustrated, which is why I ended up "stealing" Yotra’s workbench. And regarding the workbench bug, I can’t replicate it anymore—I believe it was just a one-time issue.

And yes, I was referring to items crafted at the workbench. I already have almost all the recipes available for purchase from the merchants.

"Fog in the Head" quest is story quest and it's not finished at the moment. And I think Shaartan just have dialogue cooldown that's why she does not ask you about the quest. This cooldown or delay is needed so NPCs won't be asking you "did you complete..." everytime you start a dialogue but give you some time. Just give her a few minutes and talk with her again, or try reloading the last save file, it also may help.

I completed Shaartan's quest a long time ago, but it reappeared for me and won’t disappear anymore.

And regarding new updates, will I be able to transfer my save to the new version, or will I necessarily have to start over from scratch?

Hmm... you can send me your save file in Discord (Catinmask) so I could check this problem and send you fixed save back.

I think yes, you would need to start the new game because I'm currently reworking the map and points of interest so older save files may cause problems.
