Thank you.

What I'm worried about is that when people come because I'm promoting it, they can feel scared away because of the warning.

Thank you so much for your care.

Sorry I waited several days but still no answer from support. Can someone have a look, please?

There's nothing more I can do. Staff doesn't read the forum.

Thank you anyway

I emailed them again. Hope they reply

Itch will not tell, why the game was quarantined. For all you know a known scammer shares your IP range and uploaded a scam at the same time or something esoteric like that. Maybe you got reported by people thinking it was an adult game, but the automatic sorted it into quarantine. Maybe the traffic you sent to your game was suspicous, since your game was hidden for a year or so. The scams in the psa about the try my game on discord scam are hidden. Probably a combination of several factors out of your control.

Anyway, give it time. It is a similar waiting game as for getting indexed. Could take a week or four weeks. And as far as I know, Itch does neither send out quarantine notifications, nor notifications for getting out of quarantine. They just take a lot longer than the time mentioned in the faq.

Thank you. I understand.

I got downloads any way, so I suppose people are used to false positives.
