I'm trying to download the videos, but for most of them I get the error, "File wasn't available on site." Is this a Chrome thing or something that is fixable?

Gonna be a weird question but: what country are you trying to download this from and what files exactly?
If all else fails, I can send you every file manually, but there's a few troubleshooting things we can do first. (Hi, I'm the artist for the show btw)
I tried downloading all files this morning from both Firefix and Chrome with a download key and everything seemed to be in working order. 🤔 But, I read that some firewalls and some regions either block or make difficult downloading files from Itchio specifically.
(Chrome in specific HATES bigger files like ours and will flag them all the time.)
A screenshot of your error and download page would be extra helpful too.
