Give Firefox or even Microsoft Edge (I know, lol) a try real quick and see what happens.

So bad news: neither browser worked. Good news: I switched devices and it was ok then? Except for Episode 7, that one I can't download no matter what I try, for whatever reason. I'll try to reach out via email soon. Thanks for all of the help!
