The TV can't play mp4 files. The status just says "None".
Is the TV properly plugged in? Not required if it is a Plasma or Erie TV.

Make sure the files are in " "your username"/AppData/Local/VotV/Assets/tv/ " they should work i use the small tv in my current base.
And also make sure you have custom content enabled.
