Wow! Really appreciate the depth you went into for this review! You pretty much hit every issue dead on. UI and Menus were a late addition and very rushed, hence why they dont match. The range / hitboxes of the appliances was something we started tweaking to alleviate. The tutorial is absolutely information overload, and in a full / real game it would be delivered in-game as opposed to a powerpoint lol. The movement has some issues we noticed too late to make changes to, especially with animation locking. Lastly, the difficulty was something I personally was tweaking to find that perfect balance. What you played here was the "easy version" if you can believe it. Definitely still a lot of work there to get balance right, probably by reducing customer spawn rates and / or increasing how long they remain in line, or at least adding an indicator for how long they'll wait.
