Great style. Nicely polished foundation. Just needs a little play balancing for responsiveness, depending on whether you want players to be able to dodge incoming cars or not.
There's a lot of things that need balancing. I was planning on having powerups that would improve handling (make the steering more responsive, increase the maximum speed, etc.). I also think the road is too narrow, and the penalty for going offroad needs implementing correctly.
