gamjams don't do much.

I disagree:

FYI the jam had just 7 entries. https://codergenius72.itch.io/dualspace

what type of game is it?

and how'd you get that popular so fast from ONE game jam with 5 people? I'll put my game Gerbils in the Juniper dev jam with 10.7k people and hope.

you don't even have a website.

Dang.

The jam was only the 23 view one. Also I was surprised that the game did so well in the jam where 10 people joined

The jam was https://itch.io/jam/dis-may-2026-feedback-jam/entries

The jams seem based on luck, and it placed my game in #1 popular for no reason.

Another jam that I did better in, Sprint 13, with ~20 people only gave me 11 views, even though I placed #1 overall

The game was originally made for Brackeys Game Jam 2026.1 with ~9k people but only ~60 views came from it.

Dualspace is a puzzle game.

What I want to know is why did https://itch.io/t/6398595/mnus-three-plus give me almost 50 views?

The game that the person was advertising does not even exist.
