A calm and fun little platform game!

It's a basic platform game, where you need to manually scroll the screen, and where the bounds of the screen are solid. That being said, you need to change the view, not only to see more, but also to create a surface for you to walk on, to wall jump on (which wasn't so obvious at the start), and to shield yourself from the spikes and lasers. I must say, that this idea, is pretty unique, has a lot of potential, and is fun to play around with! The controls of the player, are also well done; they feel responsive, wall jumping is very easy to get use to, and overall, it feels like you have a lot of control over the player's movement.

The graphics look good. Backgrounds are minimalist, the main character is well drawn and animated, and the active objects differ from the backgrounds in both levels of detail, and color palettes, which I find a good design choice! Sound effects and musics, are okay, though I wish there was some more music playing in the background, because it was very calming, which fits the visual style of this game.

Even though the gameplay is very good, I do have a one complaint regarding it. The main issue, is that the game is too short, and too easy. If you know solutions to all of the three levels, which are really easy to come by, they easily can be completed in less then 5 minutes. Which is a real shame, because as I said, the gameplay is really fun to play!

But even besides that one issue, this is a really well made game. I like the idea, the controls, and the audiovisual settings of this game. These elements, make this a very solid entry!

Thanks! We really spent a majority of the time getting the gameplay down and getting the screen scrolling to work correctly and so we didn't have much time to make actual levels. That's why the level selection is so short. This is more of a demo just to show the capabilities of this idea and we hope to expand on it into a full game post-jam!
