If the issue was game jams, you'd be prevented from submitting to them, not uploading at all. It could be a temporary server error, those happen. If the problem persists, please contact support.

I discovered something, unless I have my VPN on in China I cannot upload any content to Itch.io, this might be good to note. When my VPN was connected I could add images and upload content.
