Itch.io had problems pas few hours as you can see so it is possible QGO was not able to contact Itch.io server to check for your premium extension : https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/itch-io
Can you share me a screenshot ? Because now with the v10, when you log in, if you purchased the premium extension, the premium extension is automatically enabled ;-)
Perhaps this is not clear, I will put a mention when premium account is already enabled.
If in QGO left side bar, you get the ADB shell terminal command, or you have the ability to chose from 4 different personal profiles per games, this means, premium account is enabled :)
Hi, I have the same issue with v10. I purchased also the premium extension and if I want to activate it, it says that it's not possible. The email I used for purchasing Games Optimizer is not the same, which I used for creating the account, maybe that's an issue? I now changed the email of my account, but still not possible to activate. Many thanks for your help.
